Launched on August 18, 2025, IOTA Rebased marks a historic evolution of the IOTA protocol. Transitioning from the Stardust framework to a fully decentralized, scalable, and programmable Layer 1 (L1) blockchain, the upgrade replaces the Coordinator with a Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) consensus model, introducing a permissionless validator set governed by token holders.
By becoming a validator, Klever actively contributes to the decentralization and governance of the IOTA network, helping secure a high-performance infrastructure capable of over 50,000 transactions per second with sub-second finality.
