Introduction
This Terms of Service ( “Terms”) is a binding agreement between you, an individual user or site visitor, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user,” “you,” “your”) and Klever Foundation (the “Foundation,” “foundation”, “we,” “us”, “our” or “platform”) concerning use of the Foundation’s services, tools and website (the “Service”), including the www.klever.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, or mobile website related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
Currently, the Foundation maintains and operates www.klever.org as a portal for news, information, and updates about the Klever protocol or blockchain (the “Klever Network” or “Klever”) and the Klever ecosystem. For the avoidance of doubt, the Foundation does not control the Klever Network and cannot control activity and data on the Klever Network, the activities of persons who develop and use applications on the Network, the validation of transactions on the Klever Network, use of the Klever Network. The Klever Network is an open-source protocol that is maintained and processed by Klever Network validators across the globe.
Acceptance of Terms
Using our Services means you accept these Terms and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. So, if you disagree with any of these Terms, you cannot use or access our services.

We do not ensure uninterrupted, error-free services or the absence of harmful components. You understand and agree that you use Klever Blockchain at your own discretion and risk. Also, we do not guarantee that files available for download from the internet or our services will be free of viruses or other destructive code.
You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and for maintaining external means for data recovery. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Klever regarding the use of our services and also supersede any prior agreements between you and Klever.
- Severability: If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will stay valid and enforceable.
- Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Klever’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
